Animal Corner

ARKive

The main site www.arkive.org is designed for use by people from 11 years old to Adults. Its content consists one of the largest collection of wildlife and environmental films and images that can be viewed for free; the films and images are relevant to a wide range of subject’s relevant to Natural History.

The second area is the award winning www.planetarkive.org which was designed for use by 7-11 year olds; it fits in especially well with learning about living things in their environment. Again it is free and fun to use.

Lastly there is the www.arkiveeducation.org site which is constantly evolving and designed for use by teachers and educators for lesson plans, curriculum links and activities to use in a variety of subjects.

All three sites are free to use by anyone as long as none of the materials are used for commercial or promotional purposes (internal educational use is fine though).
