There is a mixture of interactive activities, playscripts, worksheets and fact sheets that can be printed off. Many of the pictures included on the web site have little captions attached to them when the cursor is moved onto the picture.

Can we point out that the interactive quizzes may react slowly, depending on the amount of traffic on the net.  Please point this out to the children as once a picture has been clicked it may take a couple of seconds for a reaction.  It is also important that the little message boxes saying "try again" or "well done" are closed before continuing with the quizzes, as failure to do so may affect the performance of the quiz.

These Teachers' Notes offer some explanation behind some of the activities, gives suggestions for further work and answers to worksheets where appropriate.

The 3 sections are not mutually exclusive and where activities from one section links to activities in another, these links are signposted in the notes. When the topic includes and interactive element, this is also signposted.
