FOOD CHAINS AND WEBS

I like to eat toast and marmite

On the way to Oak Tree Farm in the car,  Emma and Joe saw a kestrel  diving down and catching a mouse. Mrs Wood has explained that some animals only eat vegetation, for example the mouse, while others will feed on smaller animals in order to survive, for example the kestrel and this is known as a food chain - the the plant is eaten by the mouse, then the mouse is eaten by the kestrel.

This section is about food chains and food webs. There are two worksheets to print off and complete and two interactive food chain quizzes to carry out on the computer.
