Q. I am 18 and working part-time in a shop. I only earn £3 per hour. Am I entitled to more?

A. Yes, the National Minimum Wage applies to full-time and part-time workers and at 18 the national minimum wage is £4.10 per hour. Q. How much money will I receive while doing work-based training?

A. Training allowance is no less than £50.00 per week. Dependant on the employer, the training allowance would be topped up.
